Indie Live Expo II and Awards Will Return on November 7, 2020

Indie Live Expo, the indies-focused livestream that was held yesterday on June 6, 2020, is already set to return again later this year. Indie Live Expo II will be held on November 7, 2020. Apart from regular games, the second show in November will also host the Indie Live Expo Awards, which will celebrate indie game creators in categories like Local Cultural Representation Award, Best “Game Feel” Award, and Best Characters Award.

The first Indie Live Expo featured various segments which went over indie games both from Japan and around the world. It included appearances from game developers like SWERY and Toby Fox, who voiced their support for indie game developers and games. There were also several new reveals during the livestream, like Nimbus INFINITY gameplay,  Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth and Gensokyo Night Festival updates. Some new announcements, like the 2D, Mega Man-style title Cogen: Sword of Rewind, appeared too.

There were also a few giveaway campaigns scattered throughout the evening-long livestream, including items from sponsors like Cygames, Arc System Works, Inti Creates, and Steam.
