Konami announced that LovePlus Every, which launched for smartphones in October 2019, will end service on August 5, 2020.
While the developers have continued to support the game for its many fans, Konami decided to end its service due to “various reasons”. No specific reasons were specified, but the game’s service will end on August 5, 2020 at 2:00pm JST, to be exact. Sales of the microtransaction currency “Gold Rich” have already ended. Microtransaction sales have ended, but the game will continue with regular events and support until service ends.
With the game shutting down this August, that means LovePlus Every will end up lasting 10 months since launching last October, which wasn’t without its issues and multiple delays since its initial announcement in August 2017. To give you an idea, back in November 2019 LovePlus Every entered maintenance that started over a month from November 7 to December 11, 2019.
In LovePlus Every, players befriend Manaka, Rinko, and Nene and further develop their relationship through school challenges and going on dates. Unlike the regularLovePlus games, it features “Girlfriend Cards” for dating options, special voiced illustrations, and more.
LovePlus Every is currently available in Japan for iOS and Android. You can check out some of its gameplay in our previous report.
