Animal Crossing: New Horizons Kuji Delayed by Bandai Spirits

Bandai Spirits plans to release a special kuji for Animal Crossing: New Horizons have changed from Spring 2020 to undecided. Previously, the kuji lottery was set to release on March 21, 2020, right alongside New Horizons’ global release. However, Bandai Spirits has made the decision to halt the release due to various circumstances.

The Animal Crossing: New Horizons kuji lottery will be based on the leisurely, island life players will enjoy in the Switch game’s new deserted island setting. Prizes will include a Tommy and Timmy tissue case, a cooler bag, a clear water bottle, and stackable mugs. When it does appear, tickets will cost Â¥650 (roughly $5.90) per draw.

Currently, there is no new official release date. However, Bandai Spirits will continue to update eager fans via the Ichiban Kuji Club and the official Ichiban Kuji Twitter account. Bandai Spirits will announce a new date as soon as the company has decided on it. Additionally, the company offered an apology to customers who are excited about this new line of goods.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons will come to the Nintendo Switch on March 20, 2020.
