With the Devil May Cry 3 Switch version, Capcom decided to not just rerelease the same old version of the Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition. Instead, it decided to add three new features. Now, the third one has been revealed. The Devil May Cry 3 Switch Bloody Palace will allow people to enjoy local cooperative multiplayer with a friend. Once you complete the introductory mission, you can head to the Bloody Palace and start a co-op session as Dante or Vergil. (Each has their own save files.)

Producer Matt Walker talked about the Devil May Cry 3 Bloody Palace local co-op in the February 13, 2020 reveal trailer. If people start a Bloody Palace co-op session, one person will be Dante and the other will be Vergil. Joy-Cons and the Switch Pro Controller will be compatible with the mode.

This is the final Devil May Cry 3 Switch new feature reveal. Previous additions included Style switching on the fly and weapon switching.

Devil May Cry 3 is immediately available on the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. It will come to the Nintendo Switch on February 20, 2020. Both Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 2 came to the Nintendo in 2019.
