Sometimes, when people least expect it, a major figure from a company could announce a game via social media. Akihiro Hino, the CEO of Level-5, announced a Yo-kai Academy Y game on Twitter. This will look and play differently than the Yo-kai Watch games previously released.
This first screenshot shows Jinpei Jiba, the human version of Jibanyan, outside of Y-Academy. You can also see Bakera, a new, red, cat-like Yo-kai introduced in this spin-off walking toward him. Hino did not mention any platforms for the game.
お楽しみに! pic.twitter.com/7OtI3AeU2P
