Jujutsu Kaisen Anime Adaptation Announced

The supernatural manga Jujutsu Kaisen by Gege Akutami began serialization in Weekly Jump in March 2018 and it is getting an anime adaptation according to the this week’s Jump. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]

The magazine revealed the voice cast of three key characters:

  • Yuji Itadori (CV: Junya Enoki)
  • Megumi Fushiguro (CV: Yuma Uchida)
  • Nobara Kugisaki (CV: Asami Seto)

Information on the Jujutsu Kaisen anime production company, broadcasting, and schedule has yet to be announced. However, creator Gege Akutami and the three confirmed voice actors will make an appearance at the Jump Super Stage on December 22 to share more on the new anime.

The magazine doesn’t show any screenshots from the anime, so we’re still not sure whether they’re going with full-CG or something different.

Jujutsu Kaisen is currently published in North America by Viz Media and in Japan by Shueisha.
