Ryu Ranger is getting a friend. A Chun-Li Power Ranger version has been revealed. In Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, Chun-Li Ranger has made her debut. In addition, Ryu Ranger and the other Street Fighter characters from the previous cross-over are available to buy in-game again to celebrate.
Here’s a trailer showing how ordinary Chun-Li turns into Chun-Li Ranger in Power Rangers: Legacy Wars. In addition to showing her transformation, it also shows the character’s special moves. She has a Hyakugouka Strike, a Kasairyuu Strike, Phoenix Dance Breaker, Senhoukyaku Super:Breaker, and Spinning Phoenix Assist. These are all inspired by her moves in the Street Fighter games. As an example, Spinning Phoenix is based on her Spinning Bird Kick.
As people may recall, Ryu was the first Street Fighter character to become a Power Ranger. Ryu Ranger first appeared in July 2018. Prior to that, a crossover added normal Akuma, Cammy, Chun-Li, Guile, M. Bison, and Ryu to the game.
Power Rangers: Legacy Wars is available on both Android and Apple iOS devices.
