Tales of Crestoria won’t be appearing in 2019 as originally planned. Bandai Namco has issued an update on the state of the upcoming mobile RPG on Twitter, noting that it will not launch in Japanese or English in 2019. In December 2019, it will receive an update talking about its development, showing part of its opening movie, mentioning its features.

In the meantime, the statement from Producer Tomomi Tagawa did offer insight on what people can expect from the full game. It will have full Japanese voice acting for its story, with illustrated cut-ins and more emotional characters.

Tagawa also appeared in an announcement video talking about Tales of Crestoria’s delay.

While the Tales of Crestoria delay announcement did arrive, some new details and insight into the game also appeared. Two Administrators of World Order were revealed: Kasque and Machina. Kasque is voiced by Ai Nonaka, designed by Koichi Itakura, and said to be rather mysterious. Meanwhile, Machina is voiced by Aoi Yuki, designed by Daigo Okumura, and is said to be both adorable and dangerous. The new video also offers a look at their official art and lets people hear Machina speak.
