Even more of Square Enix’s music catalog is being made available to a wider audience. If people head over to Spotify, they can now listen to the Chrono Trigger Original Soundtrack and Chrono Cross Original Soundtrack. (Thanks, Resetera!)
Each one of the soundtracks is immediately available with the Yasunori Mitsuda-composed songs. Chrono Trigger Original Soundtrack has 78 tracks taken from the game, while the Chrono Cross one has 67. In addition, the eight-track Chrono Trigger & Chrono Cross Arrangement Album, To Far Away Times, is also available through the streaming service with Mitsuda songs performed by Millennial Fair.
Earlier this year, Square Enix made another large assortment of songs available to fans. Over 60 Final Fantasy soundtracks were added to Spotify. Also, Capcom Sound Track albums were added back in February 2019.
Chrono Trigger is available on the Super NES, PlayStation, DS, PC, and mobile devices. Chrono Cross is available on the PlayStation.
