In Pokemon Masters, players work alongside famous trainers from the series to fight battles. Each one has one Pokemon and works in what is called a sync pair. Now, a Pokemon Masters sync pair story system has been announced that gives people a chance to interact with people they have befriended. The reveal comes alongside a clip of Pokemon Black and White’s Opelucid City gym leader, Iris.
The Pokemon Masters Sync Pair story clip for Iris and Haxorus, her partner, is incredibly brief. It shows the player getting to hear about the duo’s training method for the tournament. During these segments, players will be able to choose different dialogue options to learn more about the characters. These scenes only appear after people have taken the time to get to know sync pairs during the game.
Here is the full Pokemon Masters clip.

In addition, a new full Pokemon Masters trailer appears to show a bit of Iris and other trainers’ sync pair stories in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment at the 18 second mark.
Pokemon Masters will appear on Android and Apple iOS devices worldwide in Summer 2019. The game will be available in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese.
