Evo 2019 Final Registration Numbers Are In, Smash Ultimate Set For Biggest Smash Tournament Ever

Following an update a few days ago that put Dragon Ball FighterZ as the 7th game with over 1,000 entrants at Evo 2019, tournament organizer Joey Cuellar announced the tournament’s final registration numbers.

 

Here are the final registration numbers for Evo 2019:

  1. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – 3492
  2. Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition – 1929
  3. Tekken 7 – 1885
  4. Samurai Shodown – 1719
  5. Mortal Kombat 11 – 1567
  6. Under Night In Birth Exe: Late[st] – 1156
  7. DragonBall FighterZ – 1191
  8. SoulCalibur VI– 742
  9. Blazblue: Cross Tag Battle – 640

 

Over the weekend it was announced that Super Smash Bros. Ultimate had become the biggest Smash Bros. tournament ever with over 3,000 entrants. Keep in mind that this will be the first year without Super Smash Bros. Melee which was previously regular title since Evo 2013, but it will be there as part of a side event. The previous record-holder was Super Smash Bros. for Wii U at Evo 2016 with 2,662 entrants.
