At Anime Expo 2019, Bandai Namco will be holding a The Future of Digimon Panel. The July 6, 2019 event, which will be an hour long and begin at 10am PT, will go over future games in the series. While these sorts of events typically only involve attendees, the company has put a call out on Twitter asking for questions.
Bandai Namco’s call specifically noted that Digimon Game Producer Kazumasa Habu, who worked on Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, Digimon Survive, Digimon All-Star Rumble, and Digimon Adventure would be answering these questions. It also noted that questions about the upcoming Digimon Survive and other possible releases were welcome. The official Google Form allows people to provide their name and submit one question.
The Future of Digimon panel will have Habu and Digimon Adventure: The Movie Producer Yosuke Kinoshita present. New trailers have been promised, alongside giveaways. People at the event will be able to take part in Room LP5 (404AB) at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Previously, Habu promised more Digimon Survive information “before the summer (or at the start of summer).”
Digimon Survive will be released on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 in Japan in 2019. It will be released in North America and Europe in 2019 on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
