Usually, Japan gets a new Mega Man Star Force game during the holidays and Capcom USA releases it in North America during the summer. That was the pattern for a few years and Rockman EXE: Operate Shooting Star is about to break it.
In this game, ClockMan, a new Net Navi, sends Geo Stellar from Mega Man Star Force back in time to the first Mega Man Battle Network game. You play as Lan and revisit the events in Mega Man Battle Network 1 with the addition of Geo. Since this Nintendo DS game is an expanded port there isn’t too much to localize, but it doesn’t look like this game is Capcom’s to do list.
Christian Svensson, Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Development, shot down hopes twice. First in January and more recently in June. “Sorry guys, there are no plans for this to happen at this time,” Svensson wrote on the Capcom forums while responding to fan requests for Operate Shooting Star.
