Last week, we learned that CyberStep was working on a Onigiri Nintendo Switch port and would be bringing the game to Steam. Now, we know exactly when they will appear. First, the action MMORPG will show up on the Nintendo Switch on January 31, 2019. Then, in February 2019, it will launch on Steam. Some unnamed release presents will be sent out to players in both versions of the game and be available in their present boxes until April 16, 2019.

In addition, CyberStep revealed on its official website that there will be cross-play between the Nintendo Switch and Steam PC versions. This is because the two versions of the game will share a server.

Onigiri has been around since 2014, when it first launched on PCs. It then came to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. In it, players create an Oni character in Onigashima who is ready to fight back against the destructive Kamikui.
