Otusun Land Launches Kickstarter For Neighbor Sequel Carrion Crow

Otusun is attempting to release another Japanese horror game outside of Japan. Back in March 2018, it launched a successful Neighbor Kickstarter, which led to the company releasing an English version of the game on PCs in September 2018. Now, it has launched a Kickstarter for its sequel, Carrion Crow. It is seeking $10,000 to release the game outside of Japan.

Carrion Crow follows a woman named Shouko Yuuki, sister of Neighbor’s Kae Yuuki. After Light Publishing Chief Editor Saitou, her boss, dies, she discovers that her boyfriend Kouichi Watabe, another person who used to work at Light Publishing, could also be in danger. A number of people from the company all seem to have been the target of a deadly curse. Players will follow Shouko and attempt to figure out what is going on and how to possibly save Kouichi.

The smallest amount of money someone can pledge to get a Carrion Crow Steam key is $20. That gives someone the game and a Twitter icon. $30 gets you Carrion Crow and Neightbor. Higher level tiers give you access to rewards like a digital soundtrack, digital guidebook, t-shirt, and Neighbor Stage Recital DVD.

The Carrion Crow Kickstarter is scheduled to end on December 14, 2018. If successful, the game should hopefully be completed in June 2019, appear on Steam in July 2019, and have its Kickstarter rewards ship by September 2019.
