Nintendo Switch Fortnite Bundle Arrives October 5, 2018

Nintendo has revealed a new bundle for people who might be interested in buying a Nintendo Switch just so they can play Fortnite on the go. On October 5, 2018, a $299.99 Nintendo Switch: Fortnite Double Helix Bundle will be released in North America.

The Nintendo Switch: Fortnite Double Helix Bundle is notable for the bonus items included within it. It starts with a Nintendo Switch that has blue and red Joy-Cons. Fortnite, which is already a free-to-play game, is available. However, the big ticket inclusions here are 1,000 V-Bucks, the in-game cash and the Double Helix set of exclusive in-game items. This means you have a unique outfit, Back Bling, Glider, and Pickaxe for your character to wear and use while in the game.

Fortnite is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch and is a free download. As a reminder, it does not require a Nintendo Switch Online membership to play online.
