Seven New Titles, And Four New Switch Ports Announced At Otomate Party 2018

Otomate Party 2018 was held recently in Japan, and during the event details for new games, new trailers, and even more Nintendo Switch versions were revealed.

Clock Zero ~Shuuen no Ichibyou~ Devote

This game is an enhanced port of Clock Zero ~Shuuen no Ichibyou~ ExTime which released in 2015. Devote adds a new “Middle School Chapter” scenario that will also have new illustrations and CGs.

Gensou Kissa Enchante

Gensou Kissa Enchante is an “otherworldy, alien, café” love sim game written by Code: Realize series writers Nao Kojima and Yuu Nishimura.

Diabolik Lovers Chaos Lineage

Release date: 2019

A game based on the Diabolik Lovers Chaos Lineage drama CDs. It’s a painful vampire love story that takes place in a “what-if”  parallel world.

VTuber Project For Otome (Name not final)

Otomate revealed a “healing and eros” VTuber project aimed towards women, with the location based on real-life café and bar Dante’s Peak. It seems you’ll have a one-on-one meeting with the handsome Amon Flockhart.

An upcoming Otomate project produced by Japanese comedian Haraichi Iwai.

Hypnosis Mic –Division Rap Battle- Game (Name not final)

A rhythm game based on the Hypnosis Mic rap song project by King Record and Evil Line Record. Choose your MC, choose your beats, now let your words flow free and compete.

Shiritsu Verbara Gakuen ~The Rose of Versailles~ Re*imagination

Release date: 2019

First revealed last year, Shiritsu Verbara Gakuen is a collaboration between The Rose of Versailles and Otomate. The protagonist is a young otaku girl called Yamada Osukaru (Oscar), who is looking for love, but has a complex over her name.

After a chance meeting with Nozomi Maki, who is also called “Oscar” by other students, her world opens up and she meets other charming people like Andou Reiji (André), Etou Akira, and more.

Hakuoki: Shinkai – Tsukikage no Shou / Hakuoki: Shinkai – Ginsei no Shou

The latest games in the Hakuoki series. The tagline is, “Relive those nostalgic days spent with them, one more time”. The games will feature a shared story of feelings and bonds, individual stories of nights and seasons, hidden chapters that reveal the another side to the story, and addendums that let you know the age and the characters even better.

The focused characters will differ between each version. More information will be revealed on September 20, 2018.

Birshana Senki ~Genpei Hikamusou~

Announced last year as Birshana Senki ~Genpeiden~, the game has seen a slight name change. The game is based on the Genpei War, and the characters are split between the Minamoto and Taira clans.

Platform: Nintendo Switch

Release date: 2019

Struggling with failing auditions, the protagonist decides to play pretend lovers with a dashing young man.

Hakuoki: Tokitsuge Emaki

Platforms: iOS, Android

An upcoming Hakuoki app that lets you interact with several characters by talking to them and giving them gifts. You can also set alarms to have them wake you up, and more.
