Resident Evil 2 Will Have A GameStop And EB Games Exclusive Collector’s Edition

Capcom has revealed a special edition for Resident Evil 2 at the 2018 San Diego Comic Con. The Resident Evil 2 Collector’s Edition will be sold at GameStop and EB Games stores in North America for $199.99/$239.99 CAD. It will include the Deluxe Edition of the game and bonus items.

The Resident Evil 2 Collector’s Edition gives you a copy of the game and the Deluxe DLC pack. This includes Arklay Sheriff and Noir costumes for Leon, Elza Walker, Military and Noir costumes for Clair, an Albert Model Samurai Edge Deluxe Weapon and an option to swap to the “Original Version” Soundtrack. A 12” Leon R.P.D. police uniform figure, 32-page Ben’s File art book with art from in-game character Ben Bertolucci, 25-track digital soundtrack and a R.P.D. renovation design poster designed to look like blueprints.

Two pre-order bonuses were also noted. If people commit to a copy from GameStop or EB Games in advance, they will get two Deluxe Weapons. They are the Chris Model Samurai Edge and the Jill Model Samurai Edge.

Resident Evil 2 will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on January 25, 2019.
