Koei Tecmo shared the latest trailer for the upcoming action title Warriors Orochi 4’s Nintendo Switch version, and we also got some spec info on how the game runs on Switch.

The trailer showcases some of its gameplay action, including another look at Zeus, the new central antagonist of the game.

In an interview with DualShockers, Warriors Orochi 4 producer Masaki Furusawa explained that the developers are aiming for 1080p in docked mode and 720p in portable mode, both running at 60fps.

He shared more about the challenges of bringing a game like Warriors Orochi 4 to Switch:

“Because of the lower specs of the Switch, our biggest challenge is keeping the frame rate [stable] because we want to preserve the action of the game as much as possible without it being affected. Of course the lower specs will also lower the graphics of the game.”

In case you missed it, we recently got a look at Sanada Yukimura and Zhao Yun in their “Deification” god modes, as well as a peek at its split-screen co-op.

Warriors Orochi 4 releases in Japan on September 27, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game releases in North America on October 16, 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam worldwide. The game arrives for consoles in Europe a few days later on October 16.
