The Japanese voice actors for Dragon Ball’s Goku (Masako Nozawa) and Frieza (Ryusei Nakao) are the talents behind Zanki Zero’s mascot characters Sho Terashima and Mirai.

Here’s a new introduction trailer for the game:

The trailer starts out with a session of “Extend TV” which is basically a TV program in Zanki Zero that features a boy named Sho Terashima and a mascot named Mirai. They’ll be there to help out in the game but they’ve made a special appearance in the trailer to tell us what it’s all about.

We start out with a look at some of its characters, setting, and story, which you can catch up on in our previous report. We recently got a glimpse of the game’s real-time dungeon crawler battles, and we get another look at around the 1:40 mark. It also goes into detail on all the characters being clones that are reborn and become stronger each time they die.

Zanki Zero: Last Beginning will release in Japan on July 5, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The game will release in the West for PS4 and PC.
