Rage 2 Gets E3 2018 Footage And Collector’s Edition Information

Bethesda kicked off its E3 2018 with Rage 2 information. After a joking reference to the Walmart Canada leak that “announced” it and a performance from Andrew W.K. of “Ready to Die,” we learned more about the game and saw a video showcasing its Eden Spaceport mission, where you recall an Eco Pod.

In Rage 2, players follow Walker. Walker is the last member of the Rangers of Vineland. As we step into the character’s shoes, we will have a chance to finally defeat the Authority, a process that began in the original Rage. One important detail that came up in the footage is that if we can see a vehicle in Rage 2, we can drive it. It also showed off its seamless open world.

A Rage 2 Collector’s Edition sneak peek was shown during the presentation. For $119.99, you get a copy or Rage 2, deluxe edition content, BFG, weapon and armor, the Cult of the Death God exclusive mission, Wasteland Wizard cheat codes, a collector’s edition poster, a monster truck, a Steelbook case and a Ruckus the Crusher talking head that sings and can be mounted on a wall.

Rage 2 will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in Spring 2019.
