Splatoon 2 Gameplay Footage Shares A Peek At Inside An Octo Expansion Stage

Splatoon 2 is getting its first paid DLC with the Octo Expansion that adds an entirely new story mode campaign with 80 stages, where players take on the role of an amnesiac Octoling named Agent 8.

Here’s a look at some brand-new footage shared by Nintendo:

In the Octo Expansion, you’ll play as Agent 8 who wakes up in the middle of a subway system. Here, she’ll take the train to 80 different test facilities where she’ll face new levels and bosses. Upon beating the new campaign, players will get to play as an Octolong in multiplayer.

Splatoon 2 is available on the Nintendo Switch. The Octo Expansion releases in July 13, 2018 and will go for $19.99. You can check out more on it in our previous report.
