We already know Yoko Shimomura is composing music for Monolith Soft and Nintendo’s upcoming RPG. But she isn’t alone. VGMdb are reporting that she’ll be joined in her composition duties by none other than Yasunori Mitsuda.

Furthermore, the soundtrack for Xenoblade is being published by Dog Ear Records, which is Nobuo Uematsu’s music production house. The OST will contain 4 entire CDs worth of music — including all the music from the game, and the themes by both Shimomura and Mitsuda — and is scheduled for a June 23rd release.
