Phoenix has been having visions, which he seeks out a druid to help him understand. This meeting leads to the awakening of his control over fire, which he will use to save the world of Chora from the powerful necromancer, as well as several other dangerous magic users who can manipulate earth, air, water, and more.

Players can use Phoenix’s powers to fling a simple fireball or create a wall of flame around their bodies, using these powers to enhance their quick blade strikes. When not using these abilities to cut or scorch foes, they’ll be double jumping through puzzling environments filled with pits and traps, combing through dungeons both complex and surreal (like a huge bee’s nest).
