In many The Idolmaster games, there is a rival idol or idol group players will be competing against. In The Idolmaster: Stella Stage, that competitor is Shika. She is 961 Production’s latest idol and voiced by Rie Takahashi. (You may know Takahashi as Erin from Granblue Fantasy or Megumin from KonoSuba.)
Shika was raised in Austria and has worked as a model. She also played volleyball and loves music boxes and toy robots. Her song is “Blooming Star.” Even though she is signed to 961 Production, the rival of the 765 Production company players are working for in The Idolmaster: Stella Stage, people will have an opportunity to interact with her in-game.
In addition to the new Shika trailer, it has been confirmed that all of the base songs included in The Idolmaster: Platinum Stars will also be included in The Idolmaster: Stella Stage. That means people will have access to songs like “Change,” “Eden,” “Happy,” The Idolmaster,” and “Ippai Ippai,” as well as the medleys from the previous PlayStation 4 game. This follows earlier confirmation that DLC from the The Idolmaster: Platinum Stars will be compatible with The Idolmaster: Stella Stage.
The Idolmaster: Stella Stage will come to the PlayStation 4 in Japan on December 21, 2017.
