The last part of William Adams’ adventure is about to begin. Nioh’s final bit of DLC has been dated. People will be able to buy Bloodshed’s End on September 26, 2017 for $9.99 on its own or as part of the $24.99 season pass.

In terms of story, Nioh’s Bloodshed’s End immediately follows Defiant Honor. Toyotomi and Tokugawa declared peace after The Siege of Osaka, but Osaka Castle is now susceptible. Another war has broken out and William must fight again. This means new main, sub, and Twilight missions, a new difficulty level, and more characters, Guardian Spirits, and Yokai.

Bloodshed’s End will also add The Abyss. This is an entirely new mode. The PlayStation Blog entry from Team Ninja’s Creative Director Tom Lee was vague when it came to details about it. However, it is said to be a “perpetual battleground” for “the strongest warriors.”
