PlayStation Plus August 2017 Lineup Includes Downwell And Just Cause 3

Sony has just announced the PlayStation Plus Instant Game Library additions for August 2017 via the PlayStation Blog. This month is about some major series, with Just Cause 3 and Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry joining the PlayStation 4 library, though the indie hit Downwell is also going to be available for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.

 

Here is the full list of August 2017 PlayStation Plus games.

  • Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry (PlayStation 4)
  • Downwell (PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita)
  • Dreadnaught (PlayStation 4) Ravenswood Plus Pack for free and $20 PlayStation Plus pack.
  • Just Cause 3 (PlayStation 4)
  • Level 22 (PlayStation Vita)
  • Snakeball (PlayStation 3)
  • Super Motherload (PlayStation 3)

The PlayStation Plus Summer Movies rental promotion is running for six weeks. This week’s movie is The Lego Batman Movie. People can rent it for 99¢ and watch it on the PlayStation Video app on your console or mobile device.

  • Week of July 25, 2017 – The Lego Batman Movie
  • Week of July 31, 2017 – Logan
  • Week of August 7 – Power Rangers
  • Week of August 14 – Kong: Skull Island
