Valkyria Revolution’s Free DLC Schedule Announced

Today, Sega revealed a number of freebies related to Valkyria Revolution. In addition to a free PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita theme starring Amleth Grønkjær that is available today, an array of free DLC will be offered starting June 27, 2017. These add-ons will include items and Scenario video vignettes.

Here’s the Valkyria Revolution DLC release schedule.

  • June 27, 2017: Special Issue Gear: Veteran Pouch+ that increases EXP by 10%, Spinning Squall+ ragnite, Burn Field+ ragnite, Smash Blaze+ ragnite, Jumping Wind+, “A Day in the Life of the Wolves” report from Fritte Eriksen on Vanargand HQ life, “Lamentations of Men” Vanargand story, and two packs of 30 ragnite shards.
  • July 5, 2017: Rush Bolt+ ragnite, “As Luck Would Have It” head or tails – no hard feelings rule explanation, “Can’t Stop Falling in Love” Amleth and Traitors’ daily life video, “The Orphans’ Dreams” Circle of Five history video, “The Traitors’ Daily Lives” Amleth and the Traitors video, and a pack of 30 ragnite shards.
  • July 11, 2017: Ring Squall+ ragnite, “Hunger Pangs and Royal Pains” video about Ophelia’s hunger, “The Soloist of the Battlefield” vignette about the Valkyria with red eyes, “Study of Flowers” about how Ophelia became so graceful, and a pack of 30 ragnite shards.
  • July 18, 2017: Gravity 10+, “Name of the Augmented Warrior” Scenario that shows Grand General Maxim’s background and adds him as a playable character, “The Road to that House” video about Hans, Vanargand’s most trusted runner, “Standing Before a Dying Wish” vignette about Amleth, Godot, and Miranda, and a pack of 30 ragnite shards.

 

In addition, a new video has been released going over the making of the theme song, “Eternal Rest.” It shows an interview with Yasunori Mitsuda, the song’s composer, and Sarah Alainn, the song’s singer.

 

 

Valkyria Revolution will come to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Xbox One in North America on June 27, 2017, followed by a European release on June 30, 2017.
