Dragon Quest X On Switch Gets Its First Footage, Release Dates For PS4 And Switch In Japan

Square Enix had a lot to share for Dragon Quest XI during the Countdown Carnival event, and they also showcased a first look at Dragon Quest X being played on Switch.

The MMORPG releases in Japan on August 17 for PlayStation 4 and September 21, 2017 for Nintendo Switch. Both priced at 4,800 yen as part of the “All-In-One Package” bundle that comes with Version 1, Version 2, and Version 3.

 

A beta test for both versions was announced, and it’ll be live from July 19 through August 10. You can head here if you’re interested in applying for the beta, but just keep in mind that only a limited number of participants will be accepted.

 

Keep in mind that Ps4 users will need to pay about 1,500 yen a month for five characters and the Switch version will cost around 1,000 yen to 1,500 yen a month for three to five characters.
