The Snack World Shows Its Collectible Toys Being Used As In-Game Weapons

Level-5’s upcoming cross-media project The Snack World has a big focus on collecting miniature keychain-like items that bring in-game items to the game. Here’s a peek at how it works in a new video clip.

The above TV ad demonstrates how you’ll use Jara as various weapons such as a sword, a staff for magic, or a shield when you need to defend yourself. In The Snack World you’ll get to pick various Jaras according to the situations of battle.

Level-5 also had another video showing “Trejarers,” the name used for adventurers in The Snack World. As you can see, they’ll come in all kinds of different designs, and you’ll get to do the same when making your own character.

The Snack World: Trejarers releases in Japan on July 13, 2017 for Nintendo 3DS.
