Himawari: The Sunflower, a sci-fi/romance visual novel that originally released in Japan back in 2007, has received an English localized release.
Himawari: The Sunflower stars Hinata Youichi, a young man whose parents were killed in a space ship accident he miraculously survived. He lost many of his memories as a result of this disaster, and it’s only when he meets Aries, a mysterious young woman who crash lands her own space ship near him two years later, that he starts to unravel his past.
Players can join in on their shared life after Youichi takes Aries in, experiencing this newly-upgraded version of the game. Building upon a PSP port of Himawari: The Sunflower that came out in 2010, it features all new artwork, giving it a new look even for those who’ve played it before.
This updated, English version of the game is available through Steam and Mangagamer.
