In addition to the possible hint of a Dragon Quest Heroes III, we heard about another possible title with Dragon Quest Builders 2 from producer Noriyoshi Fujimoto and director Kazuya Niinou of Square Enix during the PlayStation Awards 2016. [Thanks, Game Jouhou.]
Noriyoshi Fujimoto: We received plenty of feedback from fans, about the good points, about the parts they’d like to see improved, and also, er, about wanting us to make the next title! All kinds of voices were heard, and I feel that we need to live up to these expectations, but how do you feel about that, Niinou-san? Heheheh.
Kazuya Niinou: Um… there are plenty of things I can’t really say unless Fujimoto-san says it first, but for now, since the fans have selected this game, I feel that we need to return the favor with a good game, and continue working hard to be able to live up to expectations.
