Aside from avoiding eBay scalpers, Mega Man Zero Collection has other bonuses. The Nintendo DS compilation has extra features.
One of them is collection mode, which adds data you found to a Mega Man Zero mini-museum. Part cards, character cards, and wallpaper illustrations can be viewed in this mode. Collected character cards for heroes, rivals, and even rare characters come with information about them. A glimpse of this mode was revealed with the debut trailer.
Retailer Game Star also mentions easy scenario mode, a mode that lets players experience the whole Mega Man Zero arc in sequential order. However, it’s unclear if or how this will be different from just playing games on a Game Boy Advance in order.
Mega Man Zero Collection arrives in Japan on April 22 and has a floating summer release in North America.
