Players will guide Skullface, a masked killer who was the victim of a terrible prank that went awry, sliding him through various puzzles in order to kill dopey teenagers, in Slayaway Camp.
Players control Skullface by sliding him around isometric screens in voxel-art stages, sending him hurtling into his hapless prey. While killing teens, players will need to avoid police, land mines, phones, and other odd items that will stop their murder sprees. Players will also be able to find enhancements for their kills in the form of ‘Gore-Pak’ scenes, which will involve wood chippers, lawnmowers, and ancient gods.
The game offers various unlockable killers across its ten themed worlds (called Videos), giving them many different murderers to use in the game’s 200 puzzle scenarios.
Featuring genuine eighties hair metal from Canadian metal group GNÜ TRUNTION, Slayaway Camp is available to play now on Kongregate, and will also be releasing on Steam this Halloween.
