Square Enix has announced their plans to bring Guardian Codex to Android and iOS mobile devices worldwide this fall. The free-to-play multiplayer RPG has been crafted by the same team that made Guardian Cross and Deadman’s Cross. The game is set in the year 2030, during a war between an empire and a resistance group. Players enter a virtual world called the Codex to turn the tide of the battle by finding the Guardians once believed to be extinct.

Players interested in pre-registration bonuses can pre-register on the game’s website and like or follow the official Guardian Codex Facebook or Twitter pages to unlock additional rewards. Potential rewards include a 4-star Banshee if 100,000 people pre-register. Codex Credits that can be used for the in-game lottery system are also being offered.

The detailed cinematics from Guardian Codex can be viewed in the above trailer, and the screenshot gallery below showcases several of the game’s bosses.
