Gouenji Shuuya Will Be In The New Inazuma Eleven Thanks To Fan Votes

A new Inazuma Eleven game will be officially revealed at Level-5 Vision 2016 next week. Company CEO Akihiro Hino revealed in a live stream that Gouenji Shuuya will join the new title. [Thanks, Game Jouhou.]

Gouenji was chosen as a new character to appear in the game after placing #1 in a character voting poll that asked fans which Inazuma Eleven character they’d like to see in the new title.

You can see how some of the other characters ranked in the above image. As you can see, Gouenji won by a landslide.

With the newer characters of Inazuma Eleven having different looks in terms of physique, Level-5 will reveal Gouenji Shuuya’s new designs to fit the current looks at Level-5 Vision 2016, which takes place on July 27, 2016.
