The Nintendo DSi can do motion control with the camera and Motion Cortex software from Realeyes3D. HI Games used both to make Katamuction, a DSiWare game which has players run from a hungry Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Instead of pressing buttons, players tilt their DSi left, right, up, and down to dodge a dinosaur bite. An arrow on the bottom screen tells you which way to flick the system. A simple game that uses the DSi’s hardware in a novel way.
If you imported a Japanese DSi you can get Katamuction on December 24 for 500 DSiWare points ($5). Katamuction hasn’t been announced anywhere else, but Xseed localized Drill Sergeant Mindstorm from HI Games so there’s a chance they might pick this up.
