Arc System Works revealed the latest on Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator with some interesting additions to the game’s network lobby, which will even have a new fishing feature to get items. [Thanks, Hachima.]

The game has two main story modes. The regular “Story Mode” which lets you enjoy the main story of the game. There’s also the “Episode Mode” that features the story development that was told on the arcade version of the game.

One big change for the upcoming version of Guilty Gear Xrd is the new and improved network lobby. This time around, the lobby will be shown in 3D, where you’ll get to control your avatar and walk around, and communicate with other players.

The lobby will have open arcade machines, where you’ll get to sit down in order to start battles to give it more of an arcade center feel. While this might not sound like your everyday arcade center, there will also be an indoor pond in the lobby that will allow you to go fishing. Using this feature, you can acquire custom parts and emotions for your avatar, or character colors.

Player match rooms have also been improved. In addition to versus and spectate, you’ll also find arcade machines that you can use for training mode while wiating.

Again, Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator will feature new functions for beginners, including a tutorial that teaches you how to play in action game-like fashion, or virtual sticks that appear on the screen to show command movements.

New character colors and system voices will be available in the first wave of DLCs alongside the game’s release in Japan on May 26, 2016. Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator is releasing in North America on June 7, Europe on June 10, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
