BlazBlue: Central Fiction Trailer For Its New Playable Character Hades Izanami

Arc System Works announced that BlazBlue: Central Fiction is making Hades Izanami playable, and we got a first look at the new character in action with the latest trailer.

According to details from Famitsu, Izanami doesn’t have a double jump, but she’ll be able to float. While floating, she’ll be able to use her regular and special attacks the same way she would while fighting on ground.

Her Drive called “Sharin <Exodus arc>” is done by pressing the D button to bring out a special unit called the “Yasakani no Magatama,” which you’ll get to control using the directionals and D button to shoot projectiles.

Last but not least, her Distortion Drive “Jintou no Koku” is practically DIO’s Time Stop ability in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, where everything except Izanami comes to a complete stop, allowing you to do whatever you want to your opponent while active.

BlazBlue: Central Fiction’s update is expected to launch on January 28, 2016 in Japanese arcades.
