Sekai Project published Yohjo Simulator on Steam on November 17th but pulled it a few days later. The reasons for it being pulled are unknown.
Yohjo Simulator plays a bit like Goat Simulator in that it’s a playground for you to mess around in with deliberately buggy physics. “You control Yagi, a 3rd grade elementary school girl, and wander around town. There’s no goal in this game. You need to decide the goal for yourself,” read the description.
Yohjo Simulator is the work of Japanese indie game developer Shinja who is now going by the company name DEADFACTORY. He previously said that he’d be updating Yohjo Simulator with new content over time – implying that the game was pretty barebones at launch.
Indeed, on Steam, lots of negative user reviews piled up with people complaining that there wasn’t much to do. Maybe we’ll see Yohjo Simulator return to Steam once it has that new content added.
