Bon Bon bombs away! Opoona out in September

Koei announced they plan to bring Opoona out in Japan on September 27, a week after Sengoku Musou Katana. Opoona gets attention because it’s not like other RPGs, you only use the nunchuck to play Opoona and the art style is cheerful compared to post apocalyptic. After losing his family on a trip to the Planet Landroll, Opoona awakens alone in a hospital. By obtaining licenses Opoona can do jobs like being an idol and explore other colonies to figure out what happened. When Opoona runs into the Dark Rogues (read: monsters) he can fight back shaking the nunchuck to throw bombs.

A North American release date has not been announced, but since Opoona’s announcement Koei has been promoting the game in English too. There is a very good chance we will see Opoona in the future, maybe with the screen cleaner that is given out to gamers who pre-order the game in Japan.
