When Level-5 first announced WonderFlick in Japan, they had high hopes for the game, going as far as calling it a cross-platform RPG. Unfortunately, it appears that it hasn’t done too well, as the official website has announced that it will shut down this September.

Level-5 announced WonderFlick as their first title to use their cross-save functionality, “Uniplay,” but it seems like they never made it too far past their major issues early in the game’s service.

While they had plans for an eventual release on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Wii U, it looks like Level-5 will be focusing on other mobile RPGs like Fantasy Life 2 and their upcoming major cross media project, Snack World.
