Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster also supports cross save between the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions. All three versions are sold separately. If you have the PS4 version you can play it on a Vita through Remote Play.

One of the main differences in the Remaster version is content from Final Fantasy X International like the Dark Aeons as well as the extra jobs and Last Mission from Final Fantasy X-2 International are included in Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster. Here are some screenshots of the PS4 version which comes out in North America on May 12. Pre-orders include a desktop calendar with artwork from Yoshitaka Amano.
