In their latest DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition livestream, Capcom showed off Vergil gameplay from the upcoming re-release. The Vergil footage starts around the 25-minute mark, and shows him being played in the Must Style mode, where you need to get your style meter to “S” to damage enemies.

One of the interesting features mentioned during the stream is that Dante and Vergil now have separate control schemes, so changing the control setup for one won’t change the setup for the other.

Capcom also show off a neat cancelling Wave Dash attack with Vergil. It’s not new to this version of the game, but still cool to watch if you haven’t kept up with combo videos on YouTube. If you have played as Vergil in the original game, it’s still cool to see how certain features like the lock-on toggle can make things work slightly differently.

DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition will be released this March on PS4 and Xbox One.
