The PC version of action game Hellblade will be released simultaneously with the PlayStation 4 version, Ninja Theory said on the game’s development blog.

“PC offers us fantastic opportunities to engage players in playtesting, usability testing and modding,” Ninja Theory said. “We plan on grasping these opportunities with both hands to make Hellblade as good as it possibly can be for our fans.”

Hellblade is an attempt by Ninja Theory to develop an “independent AAA” game—something that’s developed using a controlled budget, but features high production values and replayability nonetheless. The studio previously said it would only need to sell between 200-300k copies of the game for it to turn a profit.
