Predictably, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is sold out in Japan. Hands up—who’s surprised? No one? Okay, then.

In its third week on store shelves, Super Smash Bros. for 3DS sold 109, 811 copies. That’s down from 321,363 copies the week prior. Japanese sales tracker Media Create says that the game could have sold more, but stock shortages got in the way.

Thus far, Smash for 3DS is at 1.37 million sold. It should be interesting to see how it holds up over the next couple of months, especially with the Wii U version of the game on its way. We’ll keep track of the game through the holidays.
