Last month, we reported that Nippon Ichi Software had filed a trademark for something titled “The Guided Fate: Cross Thesis Awakening,” and now we know what this is.

This week’s Famitsu magazine will contain a reveal of the game, which is in development for the PlayStation 3. The game will feature two female leads—Jupiel Chuumi and Arul Toue—and you’ll need to choose which one to save.

In a twist, the girl that you choose not to save will die. Famitsu says the game’s theme is the “ultimate choice”.

Character design for The Guided Fate: Cross Thesis Awakening is being done by Noizi Ito. NIS will release the game in Japan on July 24th.
