iQiOi, developers of Blackmore, a Japanese steampunk adventure game being funded via Kickstarter, have updated their Kickstarter page with mockup screens to give one an idea of what the game will look like. Take a look at them below.

Above are screens of Emma and Descartes standing outside a warehouse. The game takes place from an isometric angle and is modeled entirely in 3D. Clicking on the crates outside the warehouse makes the characters interact with them.

Upon entering the warehouse, the game switches to a different camera angle, like a classic point-and-click adventure game. iQiOi say that gameplay will consist of both making use of items to solve puzzles as well as dialogue choices.

Naturally, the models and environments you see above aren’t complete.

Additionally, iQiOi have also revealed that Donna Burke (Angela Orosco in SH2 and Claudia Wolf in SH3) will be voicing Emma’s mother in the game. Burke, as you may know, also voices Snake’s iDROID device in Metal Gear Solid V.

Blackmore has acquired close to $53,000 in funding thus far. The game needs $200,000 in order to be fully funded. It’s being developed by a team of developers that were involved with the development of Snatcher and is in development for PC and Mac.
