Drakengard 3 is getting a prequel story as downloadable content, Dengeki PlayStation magazine reports (thanks, Game Jouhou).

Details are scarce at the moment, but Dengeki says the prequel DLC content will pertain to each of the Intoner sisters, making them all playable, as opposed to just Zero.

Square Enix recently announced that a piece of prequel DLC for Drakengard 3 will be included with the collector’s edition of the game in North America. This piece of DLC will make One a playable character, but if the Dengeki report is true, it looks as though the other sisters will get prequel DLC as well.

Drakengard 3 will be released on May 20th in North America and May 21st in Europe.
