Resident Evil: Revelations on PC and consoles has sold 1 million copies as of September 30th, Capcom revealed today as part of their financial results for their second quarter.
The 1 million figure is across PC, Wii U, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and includes both retail and download sales of the game. Capcom previously stated that the game had failed to make an impact on its financials, but now say it has more or less met projections. By March 31st, 2014, Capcom hope to sell another 200,000 copies.
Additionally, Capcom say, Japanese sales of Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies have met the company’s projections as well. (Last we checked, the game had sold 340,000 copies at retail in Japan. This was halfway through September.)
Meanwhile, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate has sold 2.2 million copies on Nintendo 3DS worldwide, while Monster Hunter 4 has already blown past its 2.8 million target in Japan, which it was supposed to achieve by March 31st, 2014.
Thanks to Monster Hunter 4’s performance, and a strong performance in Capcom’s pachislot business, the company’s net sales for the first six months of its ongoing fiscal year increased by 16.9% over the previous year, while operating income increased by 15.2%. Capcom’s net income—or bottom line—was up by 20% over the previous year.
